1. Acceptance of Quote
1.1. This quote is valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
1.2. Acceptance of the quote is confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation and payment of the deposit as detailed in the quote sheet.
2. Deposit and Payment Terms

5.2. Any timeline changes will be communicated promptly to the client.
6. Materials and Supply
6.1. Materials specified in the quote are subject to availability. Equivalent alternatives of the same quality may be used if necessary.
6.2. Once materials are ordered, changes or cancellations may result in additional charges.
7. Client Responsibilities
7.1. The client must ensure the site is ready for work as agreed and provide access during scheduled times.
7.2. Delays caused by the client, such as restricted access or late approvals, may incur additional costs and timeline adjustments.
8. Warranty and Liability
8.1. Workmanship is guaranteed for a period of [X months/years], as per our warranty policy.
8.2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

10.2. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to an independent mediator acceptable to both parties.
11. Governing Law
11.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
